While it is always welcome that you contact us regarding any matter, browsing through these questions might prove time-saving for you, as your question might already be answered! Yes, we do not have an instant quote script. That's because, instant quotes usually be deceptive. Overall cost of a translation projects depend on many things: Language pair, word count, content, type of the text, etc... That's why we choose to offer personalized quotes only. If you send your documents to us via our Get a Quote page, they will be analyzed by our project manager and you'll receive a quote within 4 hours. This amount will never change throughout the project.
2. Which payment methods do you accept? While we prefer PayPal, we also accept Moneybookers, Bank Transfer and Western Union. You can pay with your credit card of any type (VISA, MasterCard, etc..) vith PayPal and Moneybookers. If you need to make a payment to us, you can simply go to our Payments page and use PayPal payment script to pay us. Or you can ask for our PayPal and Moneybookers email address or Bank Account and Western Union information.
3. I am a translator and I want to work for you. What should I do? While we are mainly working our core team of translators with which we have been working together for years; we always welcome new and talented additions. If you like to work with us, please send your CV with other relevent information that will be useful via our Contact Us page.
4. We are running an agency and we are sometimes subcontracting translation projects or sometimes we need some help in some language pairs. Would you like to cooperate? Sure. Please contact and tell us about the cooperation possibilities and you will be hearing from us.
5. Do you ask you clients for any up-front payments before beginning to work on a project? No. As you can easily see on How We Work page, we ask our clients to make the payment upon delivery.
6. What file formats do you accept? We accept all formats; however, we prefer .doc, .docx and .odt; as they are easier to manage and work on.
7. How can I send documents of large size? If your files are too large to send via our Get a Quote page or email; you can upload your documents to a FTP site, or to the servers of free filehosting companies. We recommend Rapidshare, as it is more user- friendly.
8. How do you assure the quality of your translators? Translation projects are carried out by native speaker translators who have an extensive background in the translation business. Most of the translators in our team are members of translators' associations, such as ATA, TRANSLEX and many others.
9. Do you use machine translation tools? No. Using machine translation tools is strictly against our company policy.
